Services Offered: Applicants will receive assistance with the Naturalization application. Upon completing the application, an attorney will conduct a final review. Applicants that qualify for the Fee Waiver will also receive assistance completing the Fee Waiver form if they have all the necessary documents needed to complete the form and meet one of the qualifications below:

Bank Statement showing SSI deposit

 

Live in Subsidized Housing

Full copy of lease, including HUD-59009 ( both pages )

Leases that do not include HUD-59009 ( such as those from Houston Housing Authority )

Under 150% of the Federal Poverty Line ( See table below )

2014 Federal Income Tax Return, including all W2s and amendments
