Additional Info: People will receive FREE OF CHARGE Assistance with Naturalization application, application review by an immigration attorney, step-by-step review of naturalization process, and application & document packaging. Assistance with the I-912 Fee Waiver will also be provided.

Processing Cost: FREE

Assistance to complete application/s at the workshop is completely FREE of charge.

The cost charged to process your citizenship application with USCIS is $680.00 ($595 is for the application itself and $85 is for the fingerprints). It is not required to bring the payment to the workshop, however, be sure to include the complete payment in the application packet to USCIS to begin your process. The payment should be in form of a check or money order payable to: Department of Homeland Security.

Eligibility Based on Means-Tested Benefits

You must provide evidence that you or an immediate family member (spouse, or child) are currently receiving this benefit.  This evidence must be in the form of a letter, notice or other official document containing:

• Name of the agency granting your public benefit
• Name of the recipient
• Date benefit was granted and the date showing that this benefit is current
• If you are applying because of an immediate family member please provide a government form demonstrating the relation (marriage certificate, birth certificate)
