Services Offered: Citizenship Application Assistance (Form N-400), Fee Waiver Assistance (Form I-912)
Languages Available: English, Spanish, Persian, Armenian
Required Documents for Assistance: Green card, social security card, drivers license, passport, list of trips outside USA, list of residences in last 5 years, notices of action of receipt of food stamps or cash aid. Marriage certificate, legal name change documents, arrest records (if any)
